Zak Organics Food Co. is a family own and run business located in the richest farmland in the world the Canadian Prairies. As a fourth generation of farmer, Allen Zak focused on organic farming. One of the benefits of farming organically is having some of the best ingredients available, so they began their quest for the perfect snack. Naturally rich in protein, iron and fibre, the WHOLE GREEN PEAS became the perfect main ingredient for the snack.
