Gidney Fisheries Limited, located on Digby Neck in Nova Scotia, Canada, is a wholesaler and worldwide exporter of live and frozen (HPP) High Pressure Processed lobster and seafood. The lobster business was started by the family great grandfather in 1892. Gidney Fisheries Limited continues the tradition of procuring, selecting, processing and delivering the finest quality lobsters. Although lobster is its core product, Gidney Fisheries also offers other seafood such as: fresh, frozen and salted ground fish, scallops, crabs and dog fish.
