ALLfree is a product line of O’Doughs Bakery that manufactures preservative-free, school-safe and allergen friendly brownies. It follows a strict and detailed Allergen Control Validation process that includes a rigorous sanitization and allergen swabbing program to verify that all is clear of any allergens on our lines prior to manufacturing an allergen-friendly product. A 3rd party laboratory performs a final allergen test for conclusive validation before releasing the product into the marketplace.
