Batalle el Unico Pork
Batalle el Unico has been raising special purebred pigs since 1920 and is continuously striving to improve the quality of its products. Guided by its motto “Quality – a matter of Principle” which is embedded in the company structure, it ensures full traceability of its products. Batallé el Único pays special attention to the fat marbling, the soft and tender texture and the pure reddish colour of its meat. This is tasting pleasure at its purest with a highly notable difference in taste from other breeds of pork. The curing process takes place on its own drying facilities situated on the slopes of Sierra Nevada, Granada in Spain.
