François CADORET created the company LES HUITRES CADORET in 1880. Since then Cadoret has been honed and improved by exprience and been passed from generation to generation. Cadoret specializes in growing, processing & exporting great tasting Oysters. Today, Huitres Cadoret  annual sales reaches more than ten million euro and 60 % of its volume is exported, mainly to Italy,  Russia and China. In France, Cadoret Oyster is the preferred oyster for many chefs.
