D’Eon Oyster Company

D’Eon Oyster Company offers oysters grown in the pristine waters of Southern Nova Scotia. The company was founded in 1996 by Nolan D’Eon. He started his oyster business leasing 5 acres of growing space in Eel Lake. The D’Eon family is now known as the oyster farmers and Nolan, the “Oysterman”. Today, D’Eon Oyster Company manages 50 acres of oyster growing space. Each oyster is sustainably and naturally grown on the surface of the water with floating culture technology.
