Love Beets

Love Beets is a true labor of love from husband and wife team, Guy and Katherine Shropshire. They wanted to find a way to attract younger people to beets, so the family got to work experimenting with unique marinated beet recipes. They first introduced their marinated baby beets to New York City’s Fancy Food Show in 2010, where it received overwhelmingly positive feedback. Love Beets flourished and grew so much that company invested in its own state-of-the-art production facility in Rochester, New York.
