Motion Health

Motion Health was created by Theresa and Danielle who witnessed the effectiveness of using Green Lipped Mussel on torn ligaments.  The nutrients present in GLM capsules can reduce swelling, inflammation and pain, limit further cartilage degeneration, and potentially support the regeneration of damaged joint cartilage and synovial fluid (joint fluid). All products are Health Canada approved and products are available through Health Food stores, Specialty grocery retailers, Pilates and Yoga studios.
