Reko Pizzelle Cookies
Pizzelle (pronounced pee-ZELL-ee) is an authentic Italian waffle cookie invented over a thousand years ago in the Abruzzo region of Italy. Pizzelle waffle-style cookies are made by pouring tasty batter between two iron plates which are then held over a fire or heated electrically.
