The Edinburgh Beer Factory

The Edinburgh Beer Factory is a family run, independent brewery launched in 2015 to make people think again about beer and Scotland. Founded by the Dunsmore family, it has grown to include 20+ team members. The Edinburgh Beer Factory combine old and new ideas and techniques to create beers of beauty. Inspired by the Edinburgh-born ‘Father of Pop Art’ Eduardo Paolozzi, the company showcase the art of brewing.
