Foothills Ice Cream

Foothills Creamery have been serving quality ice cream and butter in Western Canada for 50 years. Don Bayrack, owner and the president, began manufacturing butter in 1969 and ventured to ice cream business in 1986. Foothills Creamery produce superior Canadian sourced and hand crafted dairy products which consumers trust for premium quality, purity and flavor. Old fashioned, barrel churned techniques are used in the manufacturing process. All products are locally sourced and 100% proudly Canadian.
