It process the seed in small batches with a European cold-press using low temperatures to ensure an all natural cooking oil. This cold press method  guarantees no heat, chemicals, solvents or preservatives are used to extract the oil. Its oil product is 100% farm to table traceability guaranteed. Each of the bottles are marked with a lot code that connects our non-GMO canola oil to a specific farmer in a specific field.
