Kinnikinnick was established in 1991 by Enter Ted Wolff and Gudrun Von Selzam after moving in Alberta, Canada. After they worked in health food stores, they came up with the idea of producing allergy-conscious foods for Edmonton’s Farmer’s Market. Kinnikinnick makes goods free from gluten, dairy, peanuts, nuts & soy, baked in one of the world’s largest dedicated facilities. Every single ingredient in Kinnikinnick baked goods comes only from suppliers who guarantee the safest allergy-friendly standards.
