It started with Emma, chef and owner of Bay Tree, creating batches of Aga dried tomatoes and Cucumber Relish in her mother’s kitchen. In 2012 Emma moved The Bay Tree to its first manufacturing unit where she continued developing new ranges and exploring new flavour profiles. Today, over 150 mouth-watering products is available in the market. Emma utilizes traditional cooking methods with innovative flavours to explore many conceivable flavors
