Cinq Degrés Ouest is a family owned business that specialize in oyster farming, shellfish trading since 1895. The facility has been installed in the port of Lorient with a 2500m2 workshop dedicated entirely to the production and development of innovative and more qualitative products. It is the pioneer in high pressure seafood processing in France and Europe. Cinq Degrés Ouest is specialized in the extraction of the flesh of raw shellfish and their cryogenization (nitrogen freezing).
