Martin’s Fruit Farm is a growing company inspired by fresh ideas. In 2012 it tried something new and added a processing facility to complement the apple growing and packing operations. Located just minutes away in Elmira, this operation is leading the way, preparing innovative and in-demand products using our homegrown apples. We are adding value to our crop in various ways. Custom slicing and dicing, dehydration and a juicing line for fresh apple cider enables us to supply both prepared foods and local craft cider industries. This facility is also home to our signature line of crispy apple chips that are cherished coast-to-coast by health conscious snackers.
