Organic Ocean Seafood
Organic Ocean started by selling fish to neighbours from the False Creek Fishermen’s Wharf in Vancouver, British Columbia. Chef Robert Clark discovered the business, started telling his friends, and before long, it started supplying seafood – almost all of which came from the cold, clear waters of British Columbia – to chefs around the world. Organic Ocean seafood is sustainably harvested or produced primarily in British Columbia. It brings in some seafood for which there are no local direct substitutes and those products are also sustainable or Fair Trade.
