Left Field Cider Co. is family-owned and operated by sisters Theresa and Kate who focus on production of a small batch approach to traditional cider-making which brings out the natural characteristics of the apples. They make a handcrafted, artisanal English-style cider by blending English and French cider varieties with BC dessert apples. Turning a hayfield into an orchard and a barn into a cider house, Left Field Cider Co. started their first year of commercial production in 2011 on their family ranch at Mamette Lake – just outside of Merritt in the BC Interior.
