DelicaSea Fish Company is a family owned inland sea fishery started in 2010. It is located in British Columbia, Canada. Arctic Char is raised in an aquaculture environment using advanced technology and sustainable farming methods. Water is drawn from the local river and is constantly refreshed. The fish farm is located in the Okanagan wine region and the fish is used by chefs in top restaurants across Canada.

Description

  • The Arctic char is closely related to both salmon and lake trout. The flesh color can range from a bright red to a pale pink. It takes about 2 years to raise from egg to full grown fish. Product is sold fresh only.
