Dufflet Chocolate

Rosenberg Dufflet started her baking business from their home in 1975. She opened her first pastry cafe in 1982 and currently has Dufflet Pastries supplies over 500 restaurants and cafes, specialty food shops, upscale supermarkets, hotels and caterers. It also has a line Chocolate Signatures that distributes deliciously sophisticated chocolates and sweets from Dufflet Small Indulgences and chocolate.
