Farmer’s Fresh Mushroom
Located in the Fraser Valley of British Columbia, Canada, Farmer’s Fresh Farm is one of the largest mushroom producers in the Pacific North West and Western Canada. Farmers’ Fresh farms are owned and operated by Tan Truong, a hands-on farmer, who lives on the property and personally inspects every facility daily. Farmers’ Fresh farms hold the Gold Standard for food safety. It strictly adhere to the rigorous guidelines of the Canadian Mushroom Grower Association and its On-Farm Food Safety program which complies with the Food Safety Enhancement Program of the Canadian Food Inspection Agency and the international standards set by the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points.
