Founded in 2009 by Thomas Maieli, a French Chef living in the UK. Mr. Duck Delicacies are made exclusively from  Mulard ducks reared in the Vendée Region in France by a supplier who provide the best quality ducks, who is committed to an environmentally-friendly approach and who makes no compromises with regards to the welfare of the animals. Free range and 100% naturally fed – no animal byproducts and GMO . Being of the highest quality Mr. Duck has received many of the Industry’s most prestigious awards.
