Nonna Pia’s Gourmet Sauce is owned by Chef Norm whose cooking skill is greatly influenced by his mother. The company started in November of 2010 and named after his mother Pia. Norm decided to emulate the incredible flavour of 50 year old Balsamic Vinegar he tasted in a restaurant in Italy by creating a balsamic glaze once back in Canada. Nonna Pia’s Gourmet Sauce is made from 100% Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Italy and Infused with fresh fruit and herbs.
