Northern Goose

Northern Goose specializes in the processing and sale of premium and naturally grown geese. Established in 1976 by Donald Salkeld, as a small family owned hatchery. Northern Goose supplies to grocery, specialty grocery, restaurant & hospitality, and directly to local customers. Product is grown from local goose farmers and all geese are raised naturally outdoors and grain fed, both from manual and natural grazing sources. Animals are cared for under the strict regulation of the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) and all of farms are regularly audited by both employees of Northern Goose, and 3rd party auditors for the standards of practice and raising conditions.
