Queen B was owned by a passionate pastry chef Kim who dreamed to create her own “gluten-free” pastry recipes. She began making small batches in her Kitchen Aid mixer, perfecting gluten-free versions of her favourite baked goods. Early the very next morning her husband David would deliver these gluten-free treats to cafes and fine food shops. Today Queen B products are still made in small batches with the best ingredients being use. The baked goods are now certified Kosher and certified gluten-free. Delicious and beautifully packaged.
