Sacred Foods snacks was inspired by a family recipe in India which was handed down for generations. Mika with her entrepreneurial spirit first introduced her favorite childhood snack in Canada. The growing need for healthy, wholesome and convenient snacks  compelled her to share her favourite snack, popped lotus seeds seasoned with delicious blend of spices. Sacred Foods lotus seeds are hand picked, popped in small batches and roasted to perfection using natural seasonings and olive oil. This divine super food is packed with protein and vitamins so everybody can indulge in snacking while still feeling nourished.
