Scout is a North American craft seafood cannery. Sourced directly from local fisheries and preserve our seafood in high quality oils, herbs and spices. Chef Charlotte started Scout Canning after working in Canada’s most creative seafood kitchens. Using a 100-year-old canning machine Chef Charlotte was inspired to revive the tradition of cannery. Seafood industry’s heritage is combined with Chef Charlotte’s own unique take to create Scout Canning products. By using ethical products from those same fishing communities, chef Charlotte help restore the tradition of preserved seafood for North America.
