Winkler Meats was established in 1964. The company pride itself on creating premium, high quality meat products made with the finest ingredients. As the company grew new products were added to the Winkler Meats label including smoked leg hams, coarse ham garlic sausage, and other deli meats. The traditional farmer sausage products continue to be the most popular. Winkler Meats also specializes in the custom processing of specialty meats such as wild boar.
